We ship a ready-to-install hardware kit with each subscription. It includes an ESP32-based sensor board with pressure transducers, temperature probes, and CT clamps. Works with R410A, R407C, and R22 systems. No special tools or electrician required.
How long does installation take?
Most units take 10–15 minutes. Mount the sensor board, connect the probes, and power it on. The unit appears in your dashboard within seconds. We include a step-by-step install guide and video walkthrough.
What faults can it detect?
Cold Pulse detects low refrigerant charge, dirty or blocked filters, compressor overcurrent, fan motor failure, high head pressure, evaporator freeze-up, short cycling, and abnormal delta-T. That covers the vast majority of common faults in commercial split systems.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14-day free trial on your first unit, no credit card required. After that, plans are billed monthly on a 12-month agreement. Cancel any time after the minimum term.
How does AI diagnosis work?
When a fault is detected, our AI analyses the sensor data pattern — comparing current readings against known fault signatures and historical baselines. What if I have older AC units?
